Compliance status

Jam Up! is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.

Non-accessible content

We know some parts of the application are not fully accessible. For example:

• Some screen elements do not have a text alternative or a text label
• Some pages have reduced colour contrast where the colour of an image element has insufficient contrast with its background
• Screen readers cannot be used to listen to all features
• There is insufficient visibility at high zoom levels and in landscape orientation

We are actively developing the Jam Up! mobile applications. We will continue to focus on improving accessibility.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 19^th November 2024. It will be reviewed on the 19^th November 2025.

An internal audit of Jam Up’s! mobile was undertaken on the 19^th November 2024. Jam Up! was tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.2 level A and Level AA. We selected a number of pages with a range of function and content type.
