How to delete your account
We’re happy to permanently delete your account. Please email support@jamup.io from the email address associated with your account. Please use a subject line “Delete my account”.
We will confirm your request by email and then complete deletion with 3 business days.
What data is deleted?
All data associated with your account is deleted, including:
- username/password
- Child data
- Subscription information
- App telemetry
You will not be able to recover your data after it’s been deleted.
